Mind Poetry was born in 2009, as a background band for theatre plays and soundtracks (short films and feature films), formed by Carnina (cello) and Xavier (guitar). When Eva joined them as a singer and writer in 2010, they become a live trio interpreting their own songs.
In 2011 they won the second prize of the ninth edition of the Troglogló Contest in La Caverna (Valencia), and recorded two tracks for the compilation CD "Troglogló 9" , published in 2011. In the same year, they put on scene their show "Moving Sounds" , a mixture of live music, fotography, light and dance, choreographed and performed by Rebeca Ríos.
In January 2012, they release their first record "Prologue" (produced by Ferrán López) , an eclectic and straight-forward album where the band lets their creativity flow. " Prologue" captures the essence of their live performances with a careful selection and interpretation of their songs.
Among other works, they have also composed and performed the live music for the theather plays "Sangre un cuento de primavera feroz" by Peeping Tom and "La extraordinaria historia de Jacobo" by María Carrascosa a s well as the original soundtrack of the short film "La chica que siempre muere en las películas" by E SEOESA producciones.
